About Jane

Jane is Specialist consultant with 37 years of industry experience spanning telecommunications, hardware design (electronics), software engineering, manufacturing, finance and banking; thus allowing her to develop a diverse skill set encompassing product engineering, ITC, operations management and organisational performance. Currently, Jane works in the business consultancy space with a particular focus on Small to Medium enterprise, assisting with value creation, operational performance and process efficiency considering people and technology. In the earlier parts of her career, Jane ran a ZAR 92 Million revenue division of Telephone Manufacturers of SA (Pty) Ltd which manufactured exported pay phones. Within the banking sector, Jane has worked with large retail banks such as standard bank and Nedbank implementing operational efficiency strategies. At Nedbank she was involved in contract negations for call centre outsourcing as well as the implementation on the STRATE system which digitised paper share certificates. At standard bank, she operationalised a change analyst division to effectively deliver change management strategy. Furthermore Jane, as board member of Amazing Grace Children’s home, has been a part of CSR activity that ensures the operational efficiency and longterm sustainability of children homes, impacting over 80 children’s lives.
