Noluthando is a training manager with over 14 years experience in skills training, human capital development and IT procurement. Through her involvement in multiple incubation programmers, Noluthando has acquired proficiency in pro skill assessment audits, general mentoring and enterprise turn around & restructuring strategies. Part of her portfolio encompasses the delivery and implementation of SMME development programmes in mining,ICT and Construction sectors for blue chip players such as Anglo American Zimele, Stratosat and American Tower Corporation. Said projects involve business needs evaluation, resource management planning and baseline development planning. Noluthando’s IT procurement activities and thorough understanding of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) & BBBEEE has allowed her to be a driver of job creation programmes focused on youth entrepreneurship through youth owned SMME advisory and mentor Management. This includes the facilitation   business linkages and international trade visits to Europe for over 45 SMME and 250 entrepreneurs.
